attentive staff happy face excellent service poor maintenance needed cleaning limited space

i found the restaurant staff VERY attentive. roger, anjali, shanel and sharven ALWAYS greeted guests warmly. they checked if the food was satisfactory.

the room felt not well maintained. the restroom required better cleaning. i also found the bathroom had limited space for toiletries.

friendly staff extra bed attentive leader

i stayed in a premium queen room extra bed! it was quite spacious. the reception staff were always friendly acknowledging me when i entered. richard led the dining room at breakfast he was attentive making sure everyone was looked after!

I found the breakfast service to be lovely. Anjali and roger always showed good humour. they was to read every guest's wishes. the hotel is close to earl's court tube station. it is also close to bike rentals.

my room required some time to heat up properly after i checked in

convenient location warm welcome platinum recognition

i stayed in a convenient location. it was very close to the Earls Court tube station. The staff, particularly Mako, welcomed me warmly and detailed the amenities. i also received IHG platinum recognition and drinks vouchers upon arrival at reception.

there was slight wear and tear on the room furnishings, like minor scuffs, yet it did not affect my overall comfort.

The hotel is just a short walk to Earl's Court station so transportation was easy. I stayed in a Premium Queen Room and I found it well-equipped. The staff are friendly. Richard, who managed the breakfast service, ensured every guest was well-cared for each morning. The food was cooked to order and tasted delicious.

The basement room I stayed in had some flood damage, which affected the overall experience.

a solid stay nearby earl's court

great location tube station breakfast options friendly staff

i found the location really good. the hotel sits conveniently close to the tube station. a busker playing disney tunes outside was a good surprise. the breakfast service each morning included delicious options, especially with richard and roger.

i was initially allocated a room only accessible by a steep, narrow staircase. the pillows provided were rather flimsy. it was a bit inconvenient.
